We will take the growth we have maintained since the day we were founded to the next level with the partial transportation service that we will start in the coming days.”

New service: Partial transportation within the country

Stating that in the second half of 2022, they will start to provide partial distribution services from the transfer centers located in Istanbul, Ankara, Adana, İzmir, Antalya, Bursa, Eskişehir and Afyon, where the trade volume is high, Yortaç said: “We will start our partial distribution service in the country in the coming days in line with the needs and demands of our customers. With our line vehicles that will move regularly from Istanbul every day, we will take the products we receive from our customers to our transfer centers and deliver them to our customers. The entire operation, every step of the process, will be operated by Mars. In addition, we will continue to expand our business volume by opening new warehouses in Turkey in line with the demands and needs of our customers.”

Yortaç stated that they work with more than 100 customers with whom they signed contracts in 15 provinces in sectors such as modular furniture, retail and DIY markets, automotive supply industry, textile, white goods, electronics, FMCG, construction, packaging, heating systems.

Stating that the most important point in domestic distribution is to receive the products from the customer on time and to deliver them undamaged, Yortaç also underlined the importance of being able to communicate quickly and being able to produce alternative solutions, he said: “There are different transportation, packaging types and operation processes according to the product to be transported to each customer and sector. The most important point for our customers is to ensure the traceability of the product or vehicle, to receive it on time and to deliver it undamaged.”

Special software will make things easier

Stating that they will serve their customers with the new software they have developed as of the second half of 2022, Yortaç said, “Our new software is flexible and capable of responding quickly to the demands of our crossdock and storage operations, especially partial distribution. In the software that we have developed and will start to use soon, there is a portal where our customers can track their shipments, track cargo, order and report. Our customers will also be able to access dispatch, instruction and KPI performance reports using specially defined portals.
