If a notice is submitted by disclosing a name, then the name of the person that submits the notice is not disclosed.
Such notices shall be assessed by the committee and necessary actions will be taken.

Ethics Committee consists of a chairman and his/her assistant. Board Chairman also presides the Ethics Committee. Internal Audit & Risk Management & Compliance Director is his/her assistant.
