Sector-university cooperation is strengthening in logistics
LODER President Prof. Mehmet Tanyaş underlined that they aim to bring talented students to the sector and emphasized the importance of logistics education in universities. Stating that they are very happy to organize the 16th edition of the competition, which is consistently carried out in the field of logistics, Mars Air and Sea Cargo Deputy General Manager Aydın Çevik said, I advise young people aiming a career in logistics to analyze the importance of these three concepts very well; knowledge, foreign language and courage. I recommend them to enter the business life when they are sure of themselves, with the courage of having mastered at least one foreign language, equipped in terms of information, rather than taking steps to gain experience without being completely ready”.
Stating that they have acted with the awareness of creating a bright country with their education, culture and social responsibility activities since its establishment, Aydın Çevik said, as Mars Logistics, we continue to raise awareness in the sector with the “Logistics Case Contest”. We are building a communication bridge between the business world and students in order to bring young talents to the sector and contribute to the development of the sector. We strengthen sector-university cooperation by inspiring students' innovative ideas”.
