Mars Logistics, one of Türkiye and Europe’s leading logistics companies, concluded 2025 with a turnover of 633.9 million euros, once again demonstrating its sustainable growth and strong position in the sector. Mars, which has taken strategic steps in areas such as operational capacity, fleet investments, intermodal transportation, sustainability, and a people-centric corporate approach, is targeting a revenue of 740 million euros for 2026.
Garip Sahillioğlu, Chairman of Mars Logistics, commented on the 2025 performance: “2025 was a standout year for Mars Logistics, not only in terms of growth figures but also due to the strategic investments we made for the future. While enhancing our operational strength, we continued to make a difference in our industry through the steps we took in the areas of sustainability, digitalization, and people-centered transformation. With this approach, we aim to sustain our steady growth in the coming period.”
Investments That Boost Operational Capacity
Mars Logistics significantly increased its operational capacity through high-volume investments in vehicles and equipment throughout 2025. By adding 308 tow trucks and 850 trailers to its fleet, the company enhanced efficiency and flexibility in both domestic and international transportation operations.
These investments have enabled Mars Logistics to respond more quickly to its growing customer portfolio and business volume, while also strengthening long-term strategic partnerships. Commenting on the matter, Sahillioğlu stated: “We view our fleet investments not merely as a means of increasing capacity, but as a strategic lever that advances our service quality and operational flexibility. Together with our strong business partners, we are offering our customers more competitive and sustainable solutions.”
Growth Continues in Europe
In line with its goal of strengthening its European structure, the company has expanded its presence in Spain by opening a new branch in Tarragona. This investment has enabled Mars Logistics to enhance coordination in its intra-European transportation operations while providing more effective solutions for shipments requiring regional expertise. Regarding the European expansion, Sahillioğlu stated: “Europe is one of the key focal points of our growth strategy. Thanks to our on-site operational model, we are able to offer our customers faster, more integrated, and higher-value-added services.”
Warehouse Investments Continue
The company, which has drawn attention for its warehouse investments across Türkiye, has accelerated export processes and strengthened its regional distribution capabilities through its Authorized Consignor warehouse in Bursa and the new logistics centers it opened in Erzurum, Trabzon, and Van. These investments have made the end-to-end logistics solutions Mars Logistics offers to its customers more integrated and efficient, while also providing operational speed and flexibility advantages.
“Sustainability is a fundamental requirement that shapes the future of the industry.”
Mars Logistics, which continuously develops and expands its intermodal solutions, has achieved both operational efficiency and a low carbon footprint through its high-frequency weekly train services.
“Sustainability is no longer a choice; it is a fundamental requirement that shapes the future of the industry,” said Sahillioğlu, adding, “Through our investments in rail and intermodal transport, we are reducing our negative environmental impact while offering our customers more efficient and reliable solutions,” as he discussed the company’s green logistics initiatives.
Taking its sustainability efforts to the next level in 2025, Mars Logistics has reduced its carbon footprint through energy efficiency, zero-waste initiatives, rainwater harvesting, and digitalization projects, setting an example in the industry with its “Value to the World” approach.
By expanding the scope of its I-REC certification to increase the use of renewable energy and maintaining its commitment to reducing its carbon footprint, Mars Logistics has retained its position on this year’s “Sustainable 500 Companies (S-500)” list, Türkiye’s annual green sustainability report.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manifesto Published
“A strong organizational culture and happy employees are the foundation of success. By creating a work environment where diversity adds value, we pave the way for sustainable success,” said Sahillioğlu. He noted that with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manifesto published in 2025, they have further strengthened their people-centered organizational approach, emphasizing that creating an inclusive work environment is a strategic priority.
Champion of Service Exports for the Second Time
Mars Logistics continued its success in service exports in 2025, winning the championship for the second time this year in the Freight Transportation and Logistics Services category at the “Champions of Service Exports Awards” organized by the Service Exporters Association. This achievement in the ranking—determined by the amount of foreign exchange brought into the country by companies—has further solidified Mars Logistics’ strong position in global markets.
Investments Will Continue
Sahillioğlu, who stated that they have entered 2026 with an investment program exceeding 70 million euros, noted that they plan to further advance their integrated logistics solutions through new rail lines, increased fleet capacity, and an expanding warehouse network, and concluded his remarks as follows: “As Mars Logistics, our goal is to become a global player shaping the future of the logistics sector by placing technology, sustainability, and a people-centric approach at the center. We are committed to building on the success we have achieved to date.”
